  • Skills: Things people have said you’re good at, skills you would like to develop, etc.
  • Personality: Personality test results, personal description, hobbies, etc.
  • Personal feedback: Preferred method of feedback, useful past feedback, etc.
  • Expectations: Motivations, energy drains, etc.
